Free Delivery, Set-Up & Instruction

24 Hour On-Call Emergency Service

Upon delivery, we provide our patients with a 24-hour on-call emergency service number. This allows them to “breathe a little easier” should they have any equipment concerns. The security of knowing we are available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, brings great comfort and freedom to our patients’ everyday lives!

Insurances We Accept

Medicare and private insurances are accepted on most items. All billing is processed by our billing specialists. We’re here to answer any questions you may have about insurance coverage or billing statements. Additionally, should we not accept assignment on an item, we’ll gladly process a claim to the insurance company on your behalf. This eliminates the burden of you having to prepare a claim and assures that claims are processed on time and correctly!

Convenient Ordering

Convenient ordering is available with a prescription, via phone, fax, or mail. Our customer care team is ready to assist you during our regular business hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Our trained repair technicians are experts when it comes to working with your home medical equipment. Whether you’re in need of routine maintenance or a repair – just give us a call! To allow for optimal equipment performance, all of our rental equipment is maintained on a regularly scheduled maintenance program. Should a piece of rental equipment need servicing, we’ll gladly repair or exchange it promptly and efficiently.

The healthcare industry is constantly changing, so we routinely offer in-services as a courtesy to our staff. Whether it’s a basic piece of equipment or something more complex, we’re available to in-service new staff, give updates, or introduce products that are new to the marketplace.
